How do I pay and how is the delivery made?

For products purchased on www.innaofficial.com you have the following payment options:

  • payment in cash/cash on delivery/lift package, if you choose delivery by courier; before sending the order, the cart will calculate and display the exact amount of delivery expenses;

  • payment with a card through online banking or a PayPal account, regardless of the chosen delivery method;

  • for orders from abroad, the payment can only made with an online credit card account or via PayPal, only after all goods + shipping are confirmed by e-mail by the client.

 

Delivery Methods

Delivery by courier

The package will be delivered to the address mentioned in the order and will be handed personally to the recipient by the courier.

The package will include your contact details, required for the courier to easily reach the destination. It is therefore important to include a phone number in the order form so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

The delivery time is displayed both in the presentation page of each product and in the checkout page of the shopping cart.

Also, after the order has been completed, a confirmation message will be sent to the indicated e-mail, and it shall include the estimated delivery date.

 

What are the delivery charges?

Values ​​shown include VAT. This delivery charge will be added to the order value, so the price paid to the courier in order to take possession of the package will be the cost of the order, plus delivery charges.

 

How do I return a product/an order?

You have 14 calendar days to request a return of the products. It can be arranged ​​online, directly from your user account. Here's what to do:

1) log in to your user account, go to "My Orders ", click on the order you want to return, choose the product or products, use the "Return" button and follow all the steps to complete the return.

2) make sure you have all the necessary elements to make the return: the original invoice, warranty, labels etc.

3) www.innaofficial.com will send the courier to the address specified by you and will take the return package.

In what case can I return the products?

Returned products must be in the same condition as at the reception: no damages, no defects.

According to art. 10 letter C of O.G. 130/2000, www.innaofficial.com reserves the right not to accept returned products which by their nature can not be returned, are liable to degrade (perishable) or often deteriorate rapidly, such as items of underwear, swimwear, stockings and unsealed cosmetics. On each product page there is information on the possibility of return. Products constituting one set must be returned as a set.
